At BoHo Bronte, each piece is thoughtfully sourced or handmade in small batches. Many items are artisan-crafted or vintage-inspired, making every garment unique.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery (or pickup date for local orders).

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With original tags (if applicable)

💳 Refunds

Approved returns are eligible for:

• Exchange (if available)
  or
• Store credit

(Store credit never expires)

Because most BoHo Bronte pieces are limited or one-of-a-kind, we cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend tracked shipping, as BoHo Bronte cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

❌ Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Earrings (hygiene reasons)
• Sale or discounted items
• Custom or altered pieces
• Worn or washed items

🧵 Handmade & Vintage Nature

Many BoHo Bronte pieces are handmade, artisan-dyed, or vintage-inspired textiles.

Slight variations in print placement, tone, or texture are natural characteristics and not considered defects.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Tariffs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are:

• The responsibility of the customer
• Not controlled by BoHo Bronte
• Non-refundable

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees, original shipping costs will not be refunded.
